Sign Up & Load Up
Sign up for your Skill Shot account and purchase tokens. These tokens, valued at $5.00, are your entry fee into the hole in one contest available on every qualifying Par 3 across the U.S. in the 39 legal states. We currently accept Apple Pay, but plan on expanding our payment options soon!
Choose Your Course
Allow our GPS to pinpoint your location or enter the course’s zip code. Next, select the appropriate course. A list of all the par 3’s will be displayed. When you are approaching a Par 3, pull out your phone and select the corresponding hole. You will need to accept or reject a prompt that states that the cup is clearly visible from the tee box.
It's Game Time [Don't Forget A Permanent Marker!]
Choose your tee box (the longer the yardage the greater the payout odds) NOTE: Tees that are less than 100 yards do not currently qualify due to a lack of available data.) Select the number of tokens to wager and confirm your shot details. Pass your phone to a trustworthy videographer in the group. When he/she starts the video recording, a random two-digit code will be generated. Using the permanent marker, mark your ball with that code, then take your tee shot. The recording must continue through the whole process ending after the user retrieves their ball and shows the code to the camera or can be stopped at any time if the attempt was unsuccessful. Make sure the recording follows the parameters stated in the Shot Capture Guide.
Submit Your Successful Ace
Did you sink that hole-in-one? Congrats! Now just submit the video of your shot through the app. Our team will review and validate your shot and proceed with the payout protocol! It’s a simple process, designed to recognize and award your amazing achievement.
